Ingrid Marsh
We will only get more women in tech and artficial intelligence when we tackle unconscious bias. If we learn to spot and override bias we will help change the world
— Ingrid Marsh, aka, The Bias Buster

There is little point in screaming from the roof tops that we need more women in tech, in artificial intelligence and in leadership roles until we tackle the stereotypes and unconscious biases that are drip fed into our subconscious. Messages that strip us of our power and prevents us from reaching our full potential.  Ingrid Marsh, The Bias Buster, is the founder of Women With Voices who primarily (but not solely) empowers women in tech with the tools to override bias and to increase their power, presence and personal impact so that their voices are heard.
