Diversity & Inclusion Leader, Activist and Speaker, Ingrid Marsh is a trained NLP Practitioner and Broadcaster on a mission to disrupt workforces. She is also the founder of the Bye, Bye Perfect movement and the Inner beauty Box where she empowers women to kick stereotypes to the curb and bring their authentic voice to the table.
Ingrid has been driven by her work on raising awareness of the unconscious gender and racial bias in Artificial Intelligence, how bias affects our perceptions and the tech we create as a result. To mitigate its impact she is a champion of not just diversity and inclusion but also, of diversity of thought. A concept inspired be her son's school and a study by Deloitte, where employees bring their authentic selves to work and their unique voices to the table.
For organisations, this is achieved through her Inclusive Leadership Programme which is a unique combination of Neuro Linguistic Programming, growth mindset training, bias awareness and communication skills. For individuals, it's through a twelve-month subscription programme.
Ingrid is also a serial entrepreneur owning everything from a vintage lifestyle shop in prestigious Islington, to an online street-food marketplace. Before heading into broadcasting, she worked in the City for ICV in Account Management serving some of the major financial institutions, such as JP Morgan, Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley to name but a few. Ingrid has compelling communications skills and has been the voice-over for radio adverts aired on the BBC and local radio stations. She was the resident life coach for The South London Press Newspaper and radio station Asian Star. Ingrid has also been featured in the Guardian Newspaper, was the traffic presenter for Radio Jackie and has appeared as an expert on Nick Ferrari's LBC radio show as well as OH TV sky channel 199.
